I got a peppermint drink off of the winter menu. I highly recommend the coffee. The atmosphere is light and easy going and the barista's and other employees were super kind and attentive to every customer. I enjoyed my time and I love that they are supporting global missionaries!

SUCH a beautiful location! It has a very peaceful atmosphere, kind staff, and a large variety of seating arrangements/options. Not to mention the additional meeting rooms in the back. (Also, a free library!)

Ordered a lavender and vanilla latter as well as a strawberry donut and it was delicious! The espresso is very high quality and smooth, the donut was fresh and homemade. A great atmosphere, large, perfect for studying or working and great staff.

I had the pumpkin cream cold brew and it was so perfect. It was fall and dessert. The cold foam was the perfect sweet and perfect pumpkin flavor. Service was amazing and the environment peaceful and beautiful!!

Only had coffee, no food, but great atmosphere. The coffee was excellent. Staff is warm, friendly and helpful, quite a departure from the typical barista encounter!

I love level ground so much! I love doing my bible study/schoolwork in such a peaceful environment. The staff are so friendly and coffee is amazing too!

Love everything this coffee shop says they stand for. The coffee is delightful, the atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly. I enjoy the flat white and husband usually gets a latte. I have tried multiple coffees - all great. Non profit? Even better. Makes me feel better about spending my money on something I don’t necessarily need. Highly recommend stopping by this great coffee shop. My kids even enjoy hanging out there.

Love going here! Lovely Christian atmosphere and quiet enough to work or chat with a friend. A huge bonus for me is that they have a changing table in the bathroom, so it is the coffee shop of choice for me as a mom just because I can easily change my kid while I'm out enjoying my time with friends.

I visited Level Ground for the first time in July 2024. I've been back several times! If I'm in the Conway during the work week, you'll find me here typing away on my laptop. The atmosphere is divine! It is cozy, warm, and inviting. The Level Ground team members are always kind and friendly! When they first opened, Round Mountain was their roaster. I think that they transitioned to Onyx this year! If you're an Onyx fan, I highly recommend!! I always have a positive experience at Level Ground Coffee. Thank you to the team!

Our baristas, Emma and Kailyn, were so helpful in recommending places to walk and shop! They were so kind and the customer service from them was great! The drinks were amazing and our baristas were very quick in making the drinks. The atmosphere was very welcoming and they had a great selection of games for our group to play while waiting for coffee. I would highly recommend coming here!
